This year our oldest daughter is in Kindergarten and she's been missing her preschool friends something fierce. She asked us to throw a Halloween Party for her to invite them over and have some fun. We set a date in October and planned a Pumpkin Painting and Cupcake Decorating Party. It was super easy to plan and the kids had a BLAST!

I started by creating a digital invitation in Canva then texted it out to all her friends.

Target had some adorable decorations in Bullseye's Playground that matched her invitations perfectly. I set up our breakfast nook for some pizza eating.

Then I set up a separate area with all of our cupcake decorating supplies. We baked them the day prior and I used little cups with lids (form the Dollar Tree) to portion our the frosting and other little mini trays (also from the Dollar Tree_ for sprinkles.

Our pumpkin painting took place on our back patio and we were blessed to have 70 degree weather the day of the party!

Each guest brought their own pumpkin to paint and they all turned out equally adorable!!

As a last minute surprise I added a temporary tattoo table. My daughter had been asking to play with some and this seemed like the perfect time to get some. I think this activity might have been their favorite! It even moved outside with them.

Our party ran over by about an hour because the little ones were having SO much fun they didn't want to leave. We promised we'd do another party in December to continue the fun!

Do you enjoy being the hostess or being the guest? Have any fun party tips for me, let me know below!
